Israel’s Biggest Defeat Unveiled with Gaza Ceasefire: IRGC Quds Force Commander
Addressing a ceremony held in Tehran Saturday to honor physicians and nurses involved in the treatment of injured Hezbollah fighters, Brigadier General Esmail Qaani described today as a historic day.
Referring to the ceasefire deal between Hamas and the Tel Aviv regime, he said the coming into force of the deal is a major event that unveils the Zionists’ biggest defeat.
He said the "Zionist bloodthirsty, child-murdering, and shameless executioners have been forced to accept the ceasefire with indignity and disgrace after 15 months of relentless crimes against the oppressed people of Palestine, Lebanon and the region."
The senior commander noted that the articles of the agreement are the same that were rejected by the Israeli regime during negotiations back in July 2024.
Now, they have been forced to accept those same articles determined by the Palestinian resistance forces, he stated.
